Martha’s line of gourmet salts, spices, and herbs was inspired by her late European mother who loved to cook. Most of Fine Food Panetrie’s ingredients are sourced from within the United States, some of which are certified kosher and organic.
Design a visual identity in parallel to product packaging with an expanding line of SKUs containing a variety of ingredients. Design marketing collateral and a series of product labels with a look and feel that conveys home cooking, small business, and high-quality ingredients.
Research competing salt and spice brands to back a differentiation strategy. Sketch yesteryear concepts for a brand identity to convey a message of home cooking and family tradition. Use the shape of the product container to inform the label design. Establish color system to reflect each product’s main ingredient.
A flexible identity that can be applied to a variety of packaging types, from tin cans to muslin bags.
